Guy, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with what makes profitability in your industry a challenge – what would you say is the biggest challenge?

The amount of funding you have to put into the start up and image makes profitability a bit more difficult without partnering up with like minded businesses, investors, and individuals

Guy, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I’m Wi$dum; a recording artist from the Bronx, New York. Growing up music played a huge role in my childhood. A lot of memories are tied into songs that take me back to that place. My main entry into a musical career started in 5th grade with a poetry book even though I had been writing prior. What makes my work unique is the authenticity in which I share. I try to keep a MY lenses sense of things to help the consumer

Any advice for managing a team?

Communicate! Communication is everything when managing a team. Making sure everyone feels heard is most important when aiming to maintain a high team morale. Some ways to go about this is keeping a clear line of communication before and after tasks are complete. Ideally you want your team members to feel they can share the world knowing everyone’s on the same page working towards the same goals.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Although, social media outreach plays a big role especially when using marketing tools. For myself, the best source of new clientele usually comes from word of mouth. When a business and/or artist is referred it holds more weight than randomly coming across content.
