Grella, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Kela’s Boutique is a full boutique on wheels that carries the latest fashion for all body types. Each piece in our collection has been hand pick with care to deliver trendy, casual, stylish, and sexy quality apparel at affordable prices. We love to have the opportunity to come to our customers and give them that one on one they deserve. It’s no secret that our mission is to make women of all shapes and sizes feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin in one of our outfits. We also participate in local pop-up events but most of all we love when our customers host private parties for their friends and book our trailer to give their party that special touch. Our ultimate goal at Kela’s Boutique is to provide affordable, trendy clothes for all shapes and sizes while servicing the Inland Empire and beyond.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I was born in Lima, Peru. For the last 40 years, however, the United States and Southern California have been my home. Growing up, I had a passion for fashion. In my younger years, I worked in different local boutiques and I knew that one day I would have a boutique of my own. We are a boutique on wheels and are able to go and deliver the cutest, trendiest, stylish, pieces to every woman that loves to shop in the comfort of their own home or a group of women that like to sip and shop together! We’re currently upgrading our mobile boutique from a 10×6 travel trailer to a 1974 Airstream Argosy. We and when I say ‘we” I mean my husband has been working on it for the past months and it is looking beautiful, we can’t wait until is done!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Great customer service, friendliness, understanding, quality, going above and beyond for my clientele, and of course the amazing community I work in makes it easy to love and enjoy what I do.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Never give up! There were times when things didn’t go as planned, and times when sales weren’t where I wanted them to be, but I never thought of giving up, instead it pushed me to be better and work hard for this dream of mine.
