We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Greg Moylan a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Greg, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
From a young age I grew up around construction and multifamily real estate income properties. For a time I was partnered on several income properties, I’ve bought, fixed and rented several of my own duplexes and more. I have also been a part of larger apartment complexes. I was not in control of these assets and they were stripped away from me unexpectedly. I then set out to reinvent myself, the one thing I knew I needed to create was cash flow, enough cash flow to create future opportunities. I came across amazon and realized building a store was like a digital piece of real estate, in fact it’s better than buying a single family home or a duplex because they are much easier to get started than qualifying for a loan and they have endless potential to grow. You can build and grow an amazon store overtime and it turns into an asset with massive value based on its cash flow! You then have the option to sell your store for the cost of a house or even more. They also produce 15-20% ROI monthly! where a single family rental property or a duplex can’t even come close to that figure and are way more volatile. This drew me in and I started building, learning and growing. What I came to realize is that the only way to efficiently run a store and mitigate almost all risk is to build a team to research products, competition, trends and develop relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. The team I built runs better and more efficiently with more capital and more work, this is when I branched out to start helping other people to share in the profits and cost average the workforce. My goal is to create a circle of people with cash flow and trust to work with for many many years and decades to come. The more people I build stores for showing 20-$60,000+ monthly revenue with 15-20% profit margins are then positioned to leverage their cash flow and invest in something larger! I am currently building a real estate investment hedge to hold apartment complexes, all of my amazon clients will be positioned to invest with me down the road. My goal is to take as many people as I can from where they are now and create cash flow, opportunity and a better quality of life.

Can you open up about how you funded your business?
I started my journey as an online entrepreneur by cracking the code to the credit system, learning the ins and outs and how to expedite the process to gain access to business credit. I now use that knowledge I gained to help some of my clients access funds so they can start or scale their amazon stores! all of my knowledge and getting to where I am today I use to help others.
Do you have multiple revenue streams – if so, can you talk to us about those streams and how your developed them?
Because Automation All-Stars offers a service that everyone wants but not everyone qualifies for due to working capital. We offer a down payment option on a future store, that downpayment puts you in our knowledge and consulting department where you work with one of our specialists to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. Once you are apart of the All-Stars we work with getting you compliant to access business credit to use for inventory capital. This is a secondary department in our business that allows people to get access to the capital needed to create passive cashflow, once those clients have their zero percent business credit, they are then able to apply their initial down payment to the cost of a store and move forward.
