Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Grace Rodriguez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Grace , thanks for joining us today. So, let’s start with trends – what are some of the largest or more impactful trends you are seeing in the industry?
Trends in the fashion industry that I noticed are people ready to be bold again. We have came from 2 years of being in lockdown and wearing comfort clothing. I think people are ready to express themselves again. I notice videos on social media people stating that they need to make sure they have a cute outfit for the grocery store. Two years ago no one cared. Some things we can see are having more put together loungewear, having our nails done – chrome nails being a big trend and knitwear is also being present. Wearing knit sets that resemble crochet and that match.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Hi! I am Grace, Founder and Creator of Style Full of Grace. Style Full of Grace is an Online Boutique. Style Full of Grace is an advocate of “self-expression” through fashion. The mission of this brand is to guide womxn to feel confident and empowered. To break the “status quo” and to help her find their own identity by the pieces they buy. As well as by helping enhance their closet to their needs. As a young girl I always wanted to be in fashion, I loved Bratz dolls, I loved red carpet events on tv but it always felt too far of a reach for me. It wasn’t until my sophomore year of college that I truly went after the field. I later on studied at Florida State University, earning a B.S. in Retail Merchandising & Product Development. I was bless to work as an Assistant Buyer and now an Assistant Brand Merchandiser in the field. During the pandemic I was laid off like so many others and had the opportunity to build for me. I was frustrated that I could not land a job so I created my own job. That is where SFG all started.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I would say being out there. Being completely involved with the brand. Going to events and being the face. But most important in person building the relationships with other vendors and your customers.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Everyone say it but it truly is the formula. Consistency is key. continuing to be present. To show your audience who you are. Even if people aren’t reacting they are seeing it and they are noticing.
