We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Grace Pisciotta. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Grace below.
Hi Grace, thanks for joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
My business, Gracespiration, wasn’t born in a boardroom or in a moment of strategy. It was born in a moment of stillness and a moment of truth. It came to life when I was having a very long season of carrying everyone else’s emotions, listening to their stories, offering comfort, clarity, and even guidance without realizing I was doing the work of a healer. I became the person others naturally came to because they felt safe with me. They felt seen, heard, and began to feel lighter. I realized that people don’t break in one place so they can’t heal in one place either. One day, I realized this wasn’t just kindness or intuition; it was my calling. It was then the name floated…Gracespiration. It became the home for a wholeness approach—
an integration of wisdom, intuition, lived experience, energy work, and emotional understanding. I saw a gap:
People didn’t just need a coach or a therapist or a friend; they needed a guide. Someone who could hold space for their pain and their becoming. They needed to feel safe enough to open. Because people don’t just want healing—
They want transformation.
They want a connection.
They want clarity.
They want to feel their own soul again. And that means, Balance. MIND BODY SPIRIT.. exploring the mind, moving the body, and nurturing the spirit
And I knew you could guide them there.
Gracespiration became more than a business—
it became a calling, a mission,
and a reminder that healing the world
often begins with healing one heart at a time.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Gracespiration was born from my lifelong devotion to helping people heal in a way that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I entered this field through physical wellness—first as a personal trainer, then expanding into nutrition, massage therapy, and eventually Reiki and energy healing. Over the years, I realized my true gift wasn’t just in techniques or certifications…it was in my natural ability to understand people’s hearts, see their patterns, and speak to the parts of them they hide from the world.
What makes me different is that I don’t approach healing from just one direction. I read energy, I understand the body, I listen to the emotions beneath the words, and I guide people from a place of intuition, compassion, and lived experience. I’m most proud of creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and inspired to grow in ways they didn’t know were possible.
At its core, Gracespiration is about helping you reconnect to yourself—your strength, your light, and your truth. My work isn’t just healing; it’s transformational. And I want my clients and followers to know that everything I do is rooted in love, intention, and the belief that you deserve to experience the fullest, most authentic version of who you are. My services are personalized for each client, including Reiki, massage, crystals, and advice on nutrition and exercise if needed.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Pivoting has been woven into every part of my life—my career, my health, my family, and ultimately my purpose. I didn’t pivot once; I’ve pivoted dozens of times.
There were moments when my own health demanded that I slow down, relearn my body, and shift directions. There were seasons when caring for sick family members or grieving someone I loved pulled me away from the path I thought I was on. And instead of seeing those moments as setbacks, I learned to see them as sacred redirections—places where life was asking me to grow, soften, strengthen, or step into a new version of myself.
Those pivots taught me compassion, patience, emotional intelligence, and a deeper understanding of what real healing looks like. They also shaped how I built Gracespiration. I realized that caring for others can never come at the cost of caring for yourself or your family. Both are part of the same energy. Both matter. Both teach you how to guide others with authenticity instead of theory.
Every time life shifted, I shifted with it. And each pivot made me better at what I do—whether it was moving from personal training to energy healing, from physical wellness to emotional and spiritual wellness, or from survival mode to helping others thrive.
My entire journey has been a reminder that healing work doesn’t come from a perfect life—it comes from a lived one. And the more I’ve had to pivot, the more aligned Gracespiration has become with its true purpose: helping others honor their own journey with grace, resilience, and self-compassion.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the belief that I wasn’t enough—that the healing I offered didn’t create true transformation, and that my gifts were ordinary, something anyone could do. For so long, I carried old stories in my spirit that kept me playing small, dimming my own light, and doubting the impact I was having on the souls who crossed my path. I honestly believed everyone could do what I do, not realizing that my gifts were divinely placed and uniquely mine to share.
The backstory behind this lesson comes from years of giving, caring, and showing up for everyone around me while rarely acknowledging my own worth. I poured into others out of love, but I didn’t always believe that what I was offering was meaningful or unique.
It wasn’t one moment—it was a series of realizations. Watching people transform after our conversations. Hearing how my energy, my insight, my presence helped them heal. Carrying people through grief, illness, confusion, and spiritual awakening. And slowly, I began to face the truth:
I mattered. My work mattered. And I had been minimizing my own light for far too long.
Unlearning that old belief changed everything. It allowed me to step into Gracespiration with confidence, clarity, and purpose. It reminded me that my voice, my intuition, my compassion, and my experiences are not just gifts—they are needed. And it taught me that people aren’t helped by perfection… they’re helped by authenticity, heart, and courage.
The lesson I unlearned was that I was not enough. I am enough, I am valuable. I am worthy.
The truth I now live by is that my worth is inherent, and my work has the power to touch lives.
