Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Gnece Quari. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Gnece, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
I took a leap of faith as a recording artist, knowing it takes serious money to build a music career. I chose not to further my college education after obtaining my Real Estate degree so I could fully dedicate myself to this path—even though I understood the odds of making it big are one in a million , I still took that risk of being a recording artist!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into this career by starting off making music on my iPhone in the garageband app. I create original music that blends emotion, storytelling, and authenticity, with a sound that resonates across genres but remains uniquely mine. Whether I’m writing, recording, or performing, I aim to connect with people on a real level—to speak to their experiences, uplift their spirits, or give them something they can ride and reflect with dance with , or cry to.
What sets me apart is my dedication, my vision, and the heart I pour into every track. I’m not in this just to “blow up”—I’m here to build something real and lasting. My work isn’t just about entertainment; it’s about creating meaningful art that speaks for those who can’t always find the words.
I’m most proud of the risks I’ve taken to follow this dream and the growth I’ve experienced because of it. I want people to know that everything I do is intentional—from the music to the visuals to the message behind the art. I’m building a brand and a sound that stands for perseverance, passion, and purpose. This journey isn’t easy, but it’s real—and that’s what my supporters can always expect from me.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building my audience on social media has been a journey of consistency, authenticity, and learning through trial and error. I started by showing up as myself—sharing not just my music, but also the behind-the-scenes moments, the process, the setbacks, and the growth. People connect with realness, and I’ve found that being transparent about my journey as an independent artist has helped me build trust and engagement with my audience.
I focused on creating content that aligns with my brand and message—whether it’s a performance clip, a visual snippet, or a personal reflection. I also paid attention to what was working: what my followers responded to, what got shared, and how I could use those insights to keep improving.
For anyone just starting out, my advice is to be patient and stay consistent. Don’t worry about going viral—focus on building a community. Engage with your followers, collaborate with others in your space, and don’t be afraid to experiment. Quality matters, but so does connection. Your story, your voice, and your journey are your biggest assets—lean into that, and your audience will grow with you over time.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Managing a team effectively starts with clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared vision. Everyone on the team should understand not only their role, but also how their contribution fits into the bigger picture. I’ve learned that when people feel valued and seen, they naturally become more invested in the work and in each other.
Maintaining high morale is about creating a positive and motivating environment—celebrating small wins, giving credit where it’s due, and encouraging open feedback. I also believe in leading by example. If I bring passion, consistency, and a strong work ethic to the table, it sets the tone for the rest of the team.
It’s also important to check in regularly—not just on the work, but on the people. A quick conversation, a word of encouragement, or simply listening when someone needs to talk can go a long way. At the end of the day, teams thrive when they feel like a family—connected by purpose, respect, and trust.
