Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

The I’m Loving Me Project started from nothing. We try to never BUY followers, we try to EARN followers. We focus on creating quality content that we know our audience wants to read. We have a very loyal commitment to our audience, they’ve become a community. We are strong in our purpose to create an uplifting, inspiring virtual environment. Women from all over the world feel comfortable coming to us and opening up to us about hardships and we are their source for encouragement and inspiration.

Any advice for managing a team?

When it comes to team management, I give people room to bring their own individual talents to the table. I am always clear with my expectations but I don’t micromanage. I think it’s critical to allow people to grow as leaders themselves and feel secure in their roles.
