Over the course of my 12-year career as a maternity, newborn, and glamour photographer, I’ve continually sought to innovate and elevate the experiences of my clients. Moving from New Jersey to Texas presented an exciting opportunity to adapt my skills and cater to a new clientele while staying true to my core mission of empowering women. One of the most significant innovations I’ve introduced is the integration of a hair salon within my photography studio. By offering hairstyling services alongside photography sessions, I aim to create a holistic experience where women can not only capture timeless memories but also feel confident and beautiful from the inside out. This unique approach enables me to forge deeper connections with my clients and fulfill my passion for helping them embrace the best versions of themselves

My advice for managing a team and maintaining high morale is to prioritize communication, trust, and appreciation. As someone who wasn’t a stylist by trade and was relatively new to the hair salon business, I faced numerous challenges and uncertainties. However, instead of being deterred by the unfamiliar territory, I approached it with determination and a willingness to learn. I immersed myself in research, sought guidance from industry experts, and surrounded myself with a supportive team. Despite the inevitable setbacks and learning curves, I persevered, fueled by my passion for empowering women and creating a holistic experience in my studio. This experience taught me the invaluable lesson that resilience isn’t about avoiding failure but rather about embracing challenges head-on, learning from them, and emerging stronger and more determined than ever.
