We recently connected with Gina Redzanic and have shared our conversation below.
Gina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?
One of the best things I’ve done so far to show appreciation to my customers in my new Neora business was creating a simple but meaningful “thank-you follow-up system.” Since I’m still building my customer base, I knew how important it was to make every person feel valued right from the beginning, not just for the sale, but for the relationship.
Whenever someone places their first order, I send them a personalized voice message or handwritten card thanking them for trusting me with their skincare or wellness goals. I also include a small sample of a product that complements what they purchased along with a few helpful tips so they feel confident using their new products. It’s nothing extravagant, but it’s intentional.
One of my very first customers told me how surprised she was to receive a personal message instead of a generic thank-you. She said it made her feel like she wasn’t “just another order” and that she chose the right person to buy from. That moment showed me how powerful it is, especially in a new business, to create a genuine experience that builds trust and keeps customers coming back.
Even though I’m still at the beginning of my Neora journey, those small touches have already helped with customer retention because people remember how you make them feel. And I want every customer to feel appreciated from day one.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Gina Redzanic, and I’m a Self-Confidence Coach, author, speaker, and now a proud leader within Neora. I’ve spent more than a decade in the direct sales industry, building organizations, mentoring women, and helping people step into their potential. What originally drew me into this industry years ago was the opportunity to grow, personally, professionally, and financially, while also empowering others to do the same. Over the years, I’ve learned that when you can combine incredible products with a supportive community and a proven system, you can change lives in a meaningful way.
I joined Neora because the company aligns with everything I value: innovation, integrity, and simplicity. Their first-to-market skincare and wellness products, especially the needle-free filler technology, are truly game-changing. I love that I get to offer solutions that help people not only look better, but feel better from the inside out. From advanced skincare to holistic wellness support, my business provides high-quality products for people who want confidence, energy, healthy aging, and real results without complicated routines.
But beyond the products, what I really offer is mentorship. Having built teams for more than a decade, I understand what people need when they start something new: guidance, encouragement, belief, and a clear path to earning income at their own pace. I help my customers find the right products for their goals, and I help my partners build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create an income stream that fits their lifestyle. Whether someone wants to earn enough to cover their own products or build a long-term business, my goal is to meet them where they are and walk with them step by step.
What sets me apart is my combination of experience and heart. My background as a self-confidence coach allows me to connect with people on a deeper level. I know how to help women rebuild belief in themselves, set goals, and move past fear, things that are just as important as the business strategy. I’m proud of the community I’m building, one that celebrates small wins, encourages personal growth, and reminds people that they are capable of so much more than they realize.
What I want people to know about me and my brand is simple: I lead with integrity, I care deeply about the women I work with, and I’m committed to helping others succeed. Whether you’re looking for products that make you feel beautiful and energized or a business opportunity where you’ll feel supported and empowered, my mission is to help you step into your highest potential….inside and out.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I built my audience on social media very organically, and it really started long before I joined Neora. For years, I shared content around self-confidence, personal growth, and becoming the best version of yourself. I didn’t focus on numbers, I focused on connection. I talked openly about what I was learning, what I struggled with, and how rebuilding confidence can change every area of your life. People naturally gravitated toward that honesty and consistency.
Over time, as I grew personally and professionally, my audience grew with me. When I stepped into Neora, it felt like a natural extension of what I was already sharing, helping women look and feel confident, inside and out. My content blends mindset, leadership, healthy aging, and lifestyle, and I think that’s why people stay. They’re not just seeing products; they’re seeing a real person who’s been through real moments and genuinely wants to help others rise.
What helped me most was treating social media like a relationship, not a stage. I replied to comments, checked in on people, celebrated their milestones, and shared my own growth. Little by little, that built a loyal community, not just an audience.
My advice for anyone just starting out is simple:
1. Start before you feel ready.
Confidence is built through action, not waiting for perfection.
2. Share your story, even the imperfect parts.
People connect with authenticity, not filters.
3. Be consistent, even when it feels like no one is watching.
Your dream clients or followers are observing quietly long before they ever engage.
4. Add value instead of trying to impress.
Teach something, inspire something, or remind someone of their worth, that’s what people remember.
5. Don’t chase followers; build trust.
Trust is what keeps people coming back and eventually becoming customers or teammates.
If you show up with purpose, serve from the heart, and stay true to who you are, your audience will build itself and it will be made up of the people who are meant to be in your world.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One of the biggest moments of resilience in my journey happened a few years ago, long before I joined Neora. I had been with my previous company for over a decade, and I poured everything into building that organization, time, energy, passion, leadership, and heart. It became part of who I was. But like many things in life, seasons shift. The company changed, the culture changed, and suddenly everything I had worked so hard for felt unstable.
I remember sitting in my car one afternoon after a call that didn’t go the way I hoped, and I felt this mix of disappointment, fear, and uncertainty. For a moment, it felt like everything I had built was slipping through my fingers. But then something shifted in me. I realized that what I had built wasn’t just a team or a title… it was me. My work ethic, my leadership, my ability to connect with women and help them believe in themselves… those things couldn’t be taken away.
So instead of letting that season break me, I let it rebuild me.
I started focusing on my self-confidence coaching, sharing more openly about growth, mindset, and rebuilding from the inside out. I worked on myself in ways I hadn’t slowed down enough to do in years. And slowly, I felt that fire come back, the one that reminded me of who I am and what I’m capable of.
That resilience is what ultimately led me to Neora. I didn’t join out of desperation; I joined with clarity, strength, and a fresh sense of purpose. I knew I wanted to lead again, but this time with even more intention and with a community and company that aligned with my values.
Looking back, that challenging season became the bridge to my next chapter. It taught me that resilience isn’t about never falling, it’s about rising with a stronger sense of who you are, even when the path ahead isn’t clear. And now, I get to help other women do the same: rebuild, rise, and step into their confidence.
