We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Gina Frank a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Gina , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
Our customers/members are everything to us. Not only do they keep the business going, but they have become family to us. When someone walks through our doors, we instantly greet them with a smile, make eye contact , and ask them how they are doing today.. this holds true for members. We’ve been seeing day in and day out for years versus anyone coming right in off of the street. We cannot stress enough how much we value and appreciate our members when it comes down to is our number one core value customer satisfaction. Without our members, we are nothing. Our team strives to make the experience at HIT + The Lab the best part of every single persons day, who decides to be with us!

We We made a huge pivot in our saw a need for growth in the community to include athletic training, Yoga, barre, Pilates, and Boot Camp all under one roof almost 2 years ago we decided to expand and there have been no regrets! We really have a wide variety of services that people utilize and enjoy all under one roof.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
We built our business from the ground up. With a little blood, sweat and tears, there’s nothing you can do! Super grateful for family and friends support. We are also super grateful for our members who always stand by us and cheer us on!
