Gigi, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
To be successful you must understand that you need know what you want and why you want it. Show up and work at it regularly, even when it’s hard. Bounce back from failures and keep learning from them. Avoid distractions and concentrate on what matters most. Understand your strengths, weaknesses, and what drives you.
Be willing to put in the time and effort.
Build meaningful connections. Stay flexible and open to change and improvement. Love what you do or find a reason that drives you. Always be curious and willing to improve.
Gigi, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been networking and marketing. Attending networking events, curating networking opportunities, and building relationships with people inside and outside my industry have been key.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Staying connected with clients and building brand loyalty is all about consistent value, personal connection, and shared identity. Here’s a proven strategy you can adapt for HerVibezFashion, SIP FEARLESSLY, and Women Off Duty:
1. Create a Relationship Funnel
Not every touchpoint has to sell—some should just build trust.
Start with:
Welcome emails after purchases or events with a personal note.
Monthly newsletters with styling tips, podcast recaps, or wellness resources.
Then follow with:
Exclusive offers or sneak peeks for repeat clients.
Birthday or milestone messages (simple, personal, and meaningful).
2. Build an Inner Circle or VIP Program
Offer a “HerVibez Insiders” or “WOD Sister Circle”: early access to drops, free styling Q&A, invites to private IG Lives.
Reward loyalty with referral credits, shout-outs, or surprise gifts.
3. Leverage Social Media for Two-Way Interaction
Use polls, Q&As, and comment threads to hear from your audience.
Share behind-the-scenes content and client success stories.
Feature clients or listeners to build community pride.

4. Personalized Follow-ups
Use a CRM or simple spreadsheet to note styling preferences, past purchases, or episode feedback.
Send a quick DM or email: “Saw this new piece and thought of you,” or “Your comment on the episode stayed with us—thank you!”
5. Community-Focused Events
Host “Client Appreciation Nights,” styling workshops, or virtual sip & chats.
