We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Giga Kobidze a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Giga, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The mission is to create as much meaningful work as we can, everything else is secondary. I used to stick to a fixed plan for my goals, but over time, my attitude has changed. Now, I prefer to let life flow naturally. I believe that allowing things to unfold without force creates a more interesting and better future for all of us.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I always follow my biggest obsessions, it always leads me to interesting places and people.
It all began with sketches during my childhood, eventually leading to studying graphic design at the art university, which then evolved into a creative director position, and I’m still a work in progress.
For the last couple of years, the design industry landscape has been shifting dramatically. There are no fixed problems anymore or “good” solutions. Today, it’s all about a big stream of information, work, media, and culture mixing together and the way of handling it. The solution is to be steady, consistent and focused as never before.
I’m always proud of my personal work. The process when I’m alone with myself, exploring subconscious thoughts and materializing them visually, this flow is always interesting.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Immersing yourself in the present moment and dedicating your entire self to the work adds power to the work, and people can feel it
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Working on the self is the utmost important task we ever have. The inner world is reflected all the way out, so improving ourselves directly affects the quality of our work.
