We were lucky to catch up with Gianna Ferazi recently and have shared our conversation below.

The story starts when I was just 17, and totally obsessed with false lashes. Every day, I’d put on a fresh pair, but they barely lasted the day, two days if I was lucky. I was fed up with constantly buying new ones, so I thought, “Hey, why not make my own?” With my experience from starting my first company Gianna Faith Skincare, I dove headfirst into the world of lash entrepreneurship. I wanted to create lashes that looked like extensions but could be removed at night. I wanted a super thin band that felt like nothing on, and most importantly, I needed them to last – way more than 1-2 wears. So, I got to work. It was trial and error, testing sample after sample until I nailed it. Cruelty free lashes in 9 different styles that last 25-30 wears! I’m Gianna Faith Ferazi, and my journey has been a whirlwind of creativity and passion. It all started when I was just 11 years old, diving headfirst into the world of modeling and acting. I fell in love with the industry, and I’ve been riding that wave ever since. Along the way I picked up some other skills. For one, I’m a DJ – I’m part of a dynamic duo with my bestie, Joscelyne Delgado. Together, we’re JD and GF, a New York City based DJ duo taking the city by storm.
I also have two companies: Gianna Faith Skincare and LASHED By Gianna Faith. Growing up in the modeling and acting scene, I saw a lot of brands pushing this idea that we needed their products to fix ourselves. But I wanted to flip the script. I want everyone to know that they’re already perfect as they are, and my products are just here to accentuate that beauty, not cover it up. In a world that’s filled with so much negativity, I want my brands to be that beacon of light, spreading positivity and self-love wherever they go. How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
For me, staying connected with my clients and nurturing that brand loyalty is all about being present and engaged, especially on social media. I make it a priority to stay active and responsive across all my platforms. Whether it’s replying to comments, answering DMs, or addressing questions about my products, I’m there, front and center. I believe that personal touch is key. When someone reaches out with a question or a comment, I want them to feel heard and valued. So, I make sure to respond promptly and genuinely, whether it’s a simple thank you or a detailed answer to a skincare concern. Building that rapport and trust with my audience is crucial. By being accessible and transparent, I’m not just selling products; I’m building relationships. And those relationships are the foundation of brand loyalty.
