The inception of The Adventures of Super Kai was a deeply personal journey intertwined with a profound desire to foster a love for reading among children. It all began when my son was just four years old. Inspired by his boundless imagination and zest for life, I embarked on a mission to create stories that would resonate with young readers and ignite their passion for books. What set The Adventures of Super Kai apart was its deeply personal touch and family involvement. With my husband as the illustrator and our children as the beloved characters, our endeavor became a labor of love that reflected our commitment to promoting literacy in a unique and impactful way.
Witnessing the joy and enthusiasm our stories evoked in children affirmed our belief in the transformative power of storytelling. Moreover, the positive feedback we received from parents and educators further reinforced our conviction that we were onto something truly special.

Have you ever had to pivot?

One of the most challenging pivots I experienced was transitioning from my roles as a Principal and Ministry Director to entrepreneurship. Embracing this pivot meant stepping into uncharted territory and taking on new challenges, but it also opened up exciting opportunities for growth and innovation. Through entrepreneurship, I could not only continue to inspire and lead but also empower others by sharing my knowledge and expertise through training programs and speaking engagements.
