We recently connected with Gary Hawkins and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Gary thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Being successful can mean so many different things in so many different ways. Of course financial success is a major goal in any entrepreneurial field but to me creating successful relationships with our clients will keep your business going forever. In that a legacy is born. For years we have established not only a profitable, sustainable business but the trust of our continued supportive clients.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Just a little about me. Born and raised in beautiful city of West Palm Beach, Florida. I graduated from Suncoast Community High School, the best school in the land. After high school I moved to Jacksonville, FL to study and become a Computer Technician. After completing, I moved back to West Palm to further my passion in music. One day I became infatuated with what my older brother was doing with this camera called Nikon D300. At that moment, everything changed in my life. I ended up buying this camera from him with some lenses for $1,000. This was my introduction into the industry/business. Fast forward years later, I have my own business, with monthly clients and yearly corporate booking, photoshoots, weddings, videography etc. We also build corporate, Non-profit, restaurant, sport brands (You Name It) from the ground up. We specialize in Graphic Designing – Logos, content creation, flyers, websites, banners, kit’s etc. We take what we do for our clients seriously. What sets us apart, is we actually live it, breath it & love it. We have established a trust relationship with our clients. You can see our Brand displayed, tagged and shared on all social media outlets constantly.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Learning how to PIVOT in life, saved my life.
Growing up, music was a major part of my life. I started off playing the drums in church. After a few years, I gained a love for the organ and piano. I begin to dedicate my entire life to music and nothing else mattered. It consumed me to the point to where I was traveling and gigging every week. To some, this was a dream, but to me, it wasn’t satisfying or life fulfilling. If it wasn’t for my oldest brother and my wife. I would still be doing something that was not completely destined for me to do.

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
When I first started, there were not many resources as they are now. It was more about getting connected with those who were rising up or those who were established. If you couldn’t do that, you had to learn on your own. Now you can go online and find thousands of instruct/helpful videos and docs.
