Growing up in Cincinnati, the bustling world of business always captivated me. The local entrepreneurs, their challenges and triumphs, deeply inspired me. As a young girl, observing my community’s business landscape, I realized that many aspiring female entrepreneurs hesitated to take the lead, not because they lacked vision or capability, but often because they lacked the necessary guidance and confidence.
My academic journey, from Walnut Hills High School to Wilberforce University and Indiana Wesleyan University, always carried an undercurrent of this realization. It was during my time at Wilberforce that I decided to bridge this gap, to become the guiding force for these talented women. That’s how the seed of becoming a business coach was sown.
