Garian, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
The story behind my mission is not one of achieving success for money. My story is one of creating an environment where people can be themselves. Often times people will come to my Instagram page to make themselves feel better or get some inspiration. It’s a big reason why I do the things that I do.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Most people know me as Garian, GMAN, or just G. I got into the influencing business kind of randomly, what started as just performing songs with my mother ironically became a full time gig. What sets me apart from others is my diverse portfolio and my confidence.
As I said before, when i was a kid I grew up performing for people. Whether it be within the church, at pageants, or even in school, I knew that I had the potential to do something like influencing. At the time that’s not what it was called back then though, usually they would just be referred to as “YouTubers” or something.
What I am most proud of is my ability to make others happy or feel better about themselves. I’ve had countless encounters of people that follow me and got motivated to try something new or they’ve gained inspiration from my performances.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
A big thing that people may not know about me is that I am also a huge lover of medicine and the human body. For a big majority of my life, I thought that I would be a doctor. I spent a decade learning the process of what it takes and even geared my entire college career towards it. After spending 3 years studying for the medical entrance exam for medical school, my scores came to me with disappointment and I decided to pivot towards just starting a career in the medical field. Little did I know that this pivot would change my life for the better. I say all of that to say that when GOD closes one door, he opens another!
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
This is a question I’m frequently asked. My reputation grew with repetition and my uniqueness. Not many people can maintain doing all of the things that I do. That is why people come to my pages looking for different things. Whether it be for dancing videos, food videos, or just to laugh at my Instagram story, people have become accustomed to seeing me everywhere.
