We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Gabrielle Ringler. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Gabrielle below.
Gabrielle, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
Teach me hard work. Mannerisms and work ethic can get you in the door but also keep you in position when a piece of paper will not. My parents instilled a deep work ethic and the gift of working as if God himself is watching and doing things for others as if you were doing them for yourself.
Gabrielle, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have been a Realtor for almost 7 years now and entered into this industry after working in at least 7 different industries prior to my licensing. I left the natural industry for something that was more financially fulfilling and it was one of the best gifts I ever gave to myself. I started out as a buyers agent for my first year and have successfully grown my business and clientele to a growing scale. I am also a real estate mentor and have successfully trained 5 agents this year alone. I have managed to keep a thriving business amidst Covid and 3 children and we enjoy giving back to our community with our time and resources. One of our favorite organizations to give to is, The Joshua House. My work ethic is unmatched as I treat every client like family and aspire to leave you better off than when you were introduced to me. Remember, there is no real estate purchase that is too small and definitely not one that is too big!
How did you build your audience on social media?
I steered away from social media for as long as I could. What I learned is the more I started to share more of me, the more my business grew. People want to like, know and trust the person they are choosing to do business with. By allowing my database and future network to get more insight into who I am as a person, Mother, Daughter and Friend it allowed more people to connect with me on a deeper level and gain a connection I may not have had otherwise. We are still leaders and have to be mindful of what we share but one of the best lessons I learned was it’s okay to be myself.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
My first year as a Realtor over 50% of my commissions were given to my current broker and most of my database was intercepted. I choose to continue in my career after finding out I’m pregnant with my second child and no longer being able to afford my apartment. Fast forward 6 years later and I am still in the industry as a homeowner. God has blessed me with another added angel in my life and the ability to thrive and maintain our household and future dreams because of mere determination and persistence to grow my network.
