My journey into the realm of healing and spirituality is a tapestry woven from threads of personal discovery, cultural exploration, and a deep calling to serve humanity. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, my early years were steeped in tradition and faith, yet I always sensed a mysterious energy coursing through my hands—a divine spark waiting to be ignited.

My quest for spiritual awakening was ignited by the discovery of my Ashkenazi Jewish heritage, prompting me to embark on a soul-searching pilgrimage through South America. It was there, amidst the ancient wisdom of shamans and mystics, that I uncovered my true calling: to heal and serve humanity with the divine energy that had been within me all along.

Returning to the United States, I dedicated myself to mastering over a dozen energy healing modalities, including Reiki, Pranic healing, Multidimensional healing, Jewish Tikkune Healing, Tibetan Healing, Shamanic healing, and Egyptian healing. We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

A lesson I had to unlearn on my journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth was the belief that vulnerability equates to weakness.

Growing up, I was taught to hide my emotions, to put on a facade of strength even in the face of adversity. Vulnerability was viewed as a liability, something to be avoided at all costs. This mindset was reinforced by societal norms and cultural expectations that equated vulnerability with fragility.

However, as I delved deeper into my spiritual journey and immersed myself in the healing arts, I began to realize the profound power of vulnerability. I learned that true strength lies not in armor-plated defenses but in the courage to embrace our vulnerabilities and lean into our authentic selves.

The turning point came during a particularly challenging period in my life when I found myself grappling with overwhelming emotions and inner turmoil. Instead of suppressing these feelings, I made the conscious decision to lean into them, to acknowledge them with compassion and curiosity.

In doing so, I discovered a newfound sense of liberation and authenticity. I realized that by embracing my vulnerabilities, I was able to connect more deeply with myself and others, fostering a sense of empathy and understanding that transcended barriers.

This shift in perspective transformed my approach to healing and spirituality. I came to understand that vulnerability is not a sign of weakness but rather a gateway to profound healing and transformation.
