Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Gabrahm Vitek. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Gabrahm, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The meaning behind my brand Dojo Mod is; the pursuit of a place. Everyone is seeking their place in the world. Your home is where your expression can fully be actualized in physical form. When you own a home, you have the opportunity to curate a space that directly reflects your identity and tastes.
My pursuit is helping to guide my clients with their housing pursuit. My goals are: to help hone the vision for the home my clients are pursuing, and to help inspire the highest and best use of the home once one is identified.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I grew up in Bryan, a small Ohio town where imagination was essential to a progressing lifestyle. My parents renovated and build additions on to our childhood home several times. This gave example to me for how malleable a home can be. It has enhanced my vision to see the possibilities in homes that I walk through with clients today.
I believe this creative vision is what sets me apart from other brokers in the industry. I love to learn about what type of home my clients grew up in. I focus on uncovering what the specific needs and uses in a future home will be and work to shine light on the potential solutions for those needs and uses when standing in a home for the first time.
This requires abstract thinking and problem solving. I have trained within this style of thinking and problem solving for years working in the entertainment industry and producing music to this day which keeps my right hemisphere limber.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I’ve never focused on production volume or sales numbers. There are a lot of agents that seem to be focused on controlling market share and sharing the associated stats, and to me it comes across as inanimate and disconnected.
I focus on my clients and their pursuits that are current and try to be as present with them as I can. I value quality far more than quantity. I believe this has helped me gain 5 star reviews from all my past clients and has helped keep a steady stream of leads coming in an organic manner.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I like personal touches. I like to keep up with how homes are working out for clients by texting or calling. I’m a fan of catching up face to face over a coffee or a happy hour, going for a run, or playing a round of golf. Interacting in a personal way feels more real and brings more joy to me than sending a mass email newsletter.
