FyeNixx, appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about your team building process? How did you recruit and train your team and knowing what you know now would you have done anything differently?

It all started in 2019 when I created my musical alter ego “FyeNixx”. For a very long time it was me doing things solo just hoping for the best. Now I have an entire team behind me, all sharing similar passions and goals as me.
Being introduced to HeatCheck (Meech) was the very start of my journey and success to where I am at now. Meeting him and having him take me under his wing definitely helped a lot and created new doors for me to grow and meet other talented people.
Another person apart of my team that played another huge role is AmuZ (Zane), being my videographer and tagging along with me to get content at events helped my image no pun intended.
Lastly my manager Preston has help me the most in overall getting my name out to new faces, the most humble and genuine person I know. Im glad to have him apart of my team.
These are all people I consider family, all met through music and hopefully all people I can reach the top with!

FyeNixx, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

For the people that don’t know me. My name is FyeNixx (pronounced Phoenix), and I am a musician, performer and entertainer from South Bend, IN. I’ve been making music since 2019 but really started taking it seriously in 2020, dropping my first project “Organic Boy”. It’s been a journey definitely but the reward from it so far has all been worth it. My biggest obstacle is trying to maintain everything at once, working multiple jobs, doing music, performing and attending music events, and traveling all while trying to keep a social life. What sets me apart from the rest is my character and my sound. I don’t mimic anybody else sound nor do I have resemblance to anybody else music. My sound is very refreshing in the underground and I feel that’s why I get noticed more. My music is a mixture between dance and turnt music, my music makes you want to move, whether it’s a simple head nod or full on moves. On top of that I’m very humble and genuine, always willing to help the next person out.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Social media is the one above all right now and probably for the rests of our lives. Everyday you’re online you’re going to see somebody that you never seen before. It’s all about first impressions and how you carry yourself. People say consistency is the way to go but honestly I believe that quality is better than quantity. If someone sees your post for the first time and it’s something mediocre or boring, 9/10 that person is going to not engage what so ever. But if you take the time with a post and it has high value and someone sees it for the first time, they’re more likely to engage with it. Potentially even becoming a new follower and supporter!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Taking the time to interact with people and build connections. A simple conversation can go a long way. Just be genuine and show that your intentions are pure. People can read energy and will sense if something is off.
