We were lucky to catch up with Franny Allen recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Franny, thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The story behind our mission is based on a quote from the ever-famous Maya Angelou; “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.
Our mission is to provide every customer with a memorable bartending experience. We do this by treating our customers how we would want to be treated. Our objectives are to maintain the reliability, quality, and sincerity of our services for all of our customers.

I am Franny Allen and I am the owner of Franny’s Bartending. My company specializes in mobile bartending and beverage catering services. I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart so I started my company back in 2016 on drunken hopes and dreams. I made my husband a cocktail and he said I should start a business! My company offers 3 main services: Mobile Bartending, Beverage Catering, and Cocktail Classes! We just won the Hall of Fame award from The Knot. We also produce our line of ready-to-drink cocktails called Frangrias.
In our industry, my company solves an important problem when it comes to bartending; a lack of good customer service. We make people feel good! We are all about providing memorable bartending experiences.
I am most proud of my team. We’ve gathered an amazing crew that have helped us maintain our excellence through the years.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Before I booked my first event, I knew how I wanted to treat my customers and how I wanted them to treat me. With respect. If you can’t respect me, then I cannot work for you. That along with my passion and personality allowed me to go from bartending a birthday party to becoming a venue’s bartending service within my first year. The word of mouth is strong, and that’s what’s helped us build and maintain our reputation within our industry.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
I used the same principle for my customers, I treat my team how I want them to treat me. As an owner and manager, I open myself to accountability and my team feels they have management they can rely on. Because of this, my team has been reliable and enthusiastic at all my events. Also paying an above-average wage is the cherry on top.
