We were lucky to catch up with Frank Hayden recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Frank thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

I personally believe that it takes many times of being knocked down and getting back up again for your business to be successful, i believe that if you have the passion and drive to continue to do what it is you do and enjoy doing it , The Sky is honestly the limit

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I grew up in omaha nebraska before moving to texas in 2020 ive always been involved in the aspect of nightlife in some way shape or form. When i decided to take on being a Dj & Producer Full Time it was very scary. Here i am in a new environment not knowing many people and basically starting over from scratch. I went through many hurdles, business owners not being professional, not receiving pay after gigs, but i didnt let that discourage me or push me away from my craft, I personally think what sets me apart from others in my industry is my ability to connect with any audience no matter what genre of music or what type of night club or party environment i can adapt and that takes patience and time.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

Initially in funding my business and capital to get me going i went to my parents with a plan and im so thankful to always have had them support me in whatever it is ive wanted to do especially my mom.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I found that in my industry social media presence is a big thing you have to engage with your audience and friends as much as possible, now dont always expect every correspondence to be a positive one but dont get lost in the negativity keep your head up and try to be as positive as possible at all times.
