We recently connected with Francynelle Garcia and have shared our conversation below.
Francynelle, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
Today I am the founder of the Libellule Image Institute, and I feel like an entrepreneur deeply blessed by God and grateful to Him for everything I have and have built. The name of my company was chosen as a tribute to an important phase of my lifeone filled with challenges, but also with valuable lessons.
Libellule, which means dragonfly in French, carries a very special and spiritual meaning for me. In my most difficult moments, I would often go to a small park near my home to sit in silence and pray, asking God for answers. And every time, He would gently send me this little creature. I would find comfort in watching the dragonflies, admiring how unique, bright, and different they were from one another.
Back then, I used to tell God that if I could be an animal, I would choose to be a butterfly or a dragonfly: free, unique in my beauty, swift, and able to fly wherever I wished. Years later, when I looked up the spiritual meaning of the dragonfly, I discovered it symbolizes transformation, rebirth, and adaptation, a confirmation that God had always been listening to me. And here I am, I moved to USA when I was 20 years old, worked as dogsitter, babysitter , houseclean, then opened my own cleaning business, went to college with no scholarship, then changed my career to Image Branding Consultant. I guess I went through all the path a libellule can mean , right?

Francynelle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am someone who doesn’t give up easily. In many ways, I’m a workaholic with a very strong personality, but more than that, I’m a problem-solver. I don’t waste time complaining about difficulties, if a challenge appears, I focus on finding a way to overcome it.
Since I was young, I dreamed of being independent and earning my own money. Life wasn’t always easy, but I found my own paths. One of my earliest lessons about image came while working at a dentistry office in Brazil. I disliked the uniform colors, and many clients would ask if I was tired or unwell. At first, I didn’t understand why until one day, I wore makeup and suddenly received compliments. Inspired, I suggested to my bosses that we change the uniform to cream and red. They agreed, and soon everyone in town was talking about how beautiful it looked. From that moment, I started styling my hair, taking care of my nails, and wearing heels, quickly becoming known as the most elegant secretary at the front desk.
That experience awakened something in me: a passion for beauty and image. Years passed, and my journey wasn’t easy, but eventually, I achieved my dream of becoming the founder of Libellule. Today, every time I receive a 5-star review or a heartfelt message from a client saying how happy and transformed they feel, I know I’m on the right path.
My mission is to help people experience their own rebirth, to discover their best version, to feel joy and confidence when they look in the mirror. I guide my clients in building an image that truly reflects who they are, often in a way they’ve never seen before. With the right techniques, I empower them to express themselves more fully, authentically, and beautifully.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Always be authentic, be yourself, but, of course, with common sense. Know your limits, and be smart about how you present yourself.
I’m still growing my Instagram organically. Most of my clients come through Google and my website. My Instagram is strictly for business, but once in a while I share a glimpse of my personal life, because people love that. Still, I’ve learned that those who are only curious about your personal life are not usually the ones who will buy your services. In this case, volume doesn’t equal revenue.
The key is to stay professional while being true to yourself. And if you feel that you’re not yet the person who can fully represent your business, then invest in learning how to become that person.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My reputation was built on my reviews. I quickly earned 5 stars and collected many positive testimonials, which helped potential clients gain trust in my work. Often, they would follow me on Instagram for months, watching the results I delivered before reaching out to confirm what they already believed. When they finally contacted me, they came with many questions and I never minded answering them, because I was confident in my knowledge and the solid educational background that supports my work.
