Hi Francisco Fabio , thanks for joining us today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

Each project holds significant meaning for me as I dedicate all my energy and effort to every tournament. However, one particular highlight stands out: the 2020 Cartagena Colombia tournament, where I had the honor of representing my country and securing victory. This experience not only allowed me to showcase my skills on an international stage but also provided the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds worldwide. The deep bonds of friendship formed during this event have endured over the years, enriching my life both personally and professionally.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I have been playing baseball since the age of 7. Initially, I explored various sports such as football, basketball, tennis, and swimming, but none of them captivated my interest until my father encouraged me to join his baseball team. From that moment on, I discovered my true passion for the sport.

The journey hasn’t been easy, nor has it relied solely on luck. It’s been a result of relentless hard work and dedication. Countless hours of training and competing have shaped me into a better individual and a more skilled player. Proudly representing my country in numerous tournaments, I have garnered international recognition, a testament to the culmination of my unwavering efforts.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children who may be at risk of making detrimental choices. My vision is to introduce them to the world of sports, offering them constructive outlets to keep them away from drugs and harmful lifestyles. My ultimate goal is to establish a foundation in the near future that will provide these children with new opportunities for a brighter and more promising future.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

David Goggins’ book “Can’t Hurt Me” has profoundly impacted my life, emphasizing the importance of discipline, commitment, and self-accountability. From the simple act of making my bed to embracing discomfort as a catalyst for growth, Goggins’ insights have inspired me to push beyond perceived limits and achieve personal milestones. This transformative narrative has empowered me to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose, guiding me towards a path of self-mastery and fulfillment.
