We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Francisco a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Francisco , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump right into how you came up with the idea?

This idea came about due to a lack of self esteem and low self confidence growing up related to my personal condition of albinism. My goal with the fitness Consulting Business is to motivate all individuals with any type of impairment or disability that they can achieve their dream body and dream life with fitness and health.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Growing up in Ecuador I always was into sports especially soccer, with a dream to become a professional soccer player, However due to a personal Condition of Albinis that dream never happened. Due to this condition, it caused alot of issues at school and with others. I faced many challenges with Bullying and discrimination in various areas of life, work, sports, Business, and even in the dating aspect. This caused an Internal lack of Self Esteem, Low Confidence and no belief in myself. I got to a point where I had to due something about it and find away to break free of all this negative perspectives. So I decided to get into fitness and health as a way to motivate myself. As the year went on I grew a passion for and saw progress. I started acheiving the body I`ve always wanted. This gave me a renewed sense of Confidence and self belief. Once I realized this, I decided to start a consulting fitness business for all individuals with Personal Conditions or disabilities that they can achieve the dream body as well. Along with the consulting came a brand created on the same base of motivation and fitness. The Brand is Called Dreamer Athletics. created for all those people with a Dream in life and they can use our products and services as a tool of motivation.

Getting to this point was not easy, as anything great requires hard work, dedication and discipline. Since 2019-2023 I`ve committed to myself to workout in some way, minimum 4 days per week in the gym or do any other sports activity. However life is not perfect, there will always be its ups and downs, so its been a tough journey, With no regrets and never letting down.

Due to this hardwork and Dedication in recent year, it has led to our Brand DREAMER ATHLETICS be featured as a Sponsor on a Maryland/Baltimore Soccer League with our Brand Logo on their unifrom Shirts. Something that I never thought would be possible. To see my creation be out in the world is very inspiring, because not many people are able to do so, let alone people with personal condition or Disabilities.. I`ll leave you with this no matter how you look, what your Condition is, or the situation you are in life right now, apply these two things and rest assure your life will change, and all dreams will come true. One: Believe in Gods purpose for you. Two: have an Immense belief in yourself and don`t let anyone you, what you can or can not do.

Even though I have been at this for about 4 years with fitness consulting and the brand, some good years, some not as expected, however not yet to the major goal. While some may have quit already I am still going with it, why? because of the foundation of and the mission to motivate 10 Million people.

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

If I have to share any resources I had to learn about this, is to prepare and educate yourself on all aspects of your Business, that will give you an incredible advantage over your competition
