Franchesca , appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?

When working with my branding clients, I always pose the question: what does success look like for you in this project? I find it intriguing to ask, ‘What do you believe constitutes success?’ as it holds a unique meaning for each individual. I approach this question from two distinct angles:

Success for me look like this:
To me, success encompasses a fulfilling and purposeful career, abundant love from friends and family, a harmonious work-life balance, and a sense of purpose beyond one’s professional working life. When you can go to bed each night knowing that you’ve nurtured your own well-being, that’s a true indication of having achieved success. It’s not a fixed path; new facets of success can always be pursued and attained through adapting and changing.

Success for my Branding Clients looks like this:
Your brand forms the foundation of your business, and it has the potential to lead you to success. A robust and coherent brand, one that accurately represents your business to your target audience, positions you as an authority in your field. Placing a strong brand at the forefront of your business cultivates consistency, attracts high-quality clientele, and gains you credibility within your brand. Your brand serves as the structural framework that shields your business from hardships, challenges, and adversity. A solid brand strategy will give your business the longevity that you deserve.

I’m Franchesca, Frankie for short, and I am a designer, plant enthusiast, and lover of soccer.

I started Angotti Design as a way for me to express my creative thought process into a branding and design business to help entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with design agencies, corporate businesses, and even taught graphic design to develop my skill set. Now, I reside in sunny Florida working for my own design company!

I enjoy working with start ups or small businesses that are passionate about what they do. I have helped many of my clients turn their hobbies or side hustles into their full time career. It is very rewarding to help my clients go from employment to self employed and to watch them blossom into something beautiful.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Since starting my business a little over a year ago, I have been incredibly lucky to have found an amazing BNI chapter to be apart of. For those that do not know what BNI is, it stands for Business Networking International and it has chapters all over the world. Within your chapter you get to hold the only seat that your business entails. For example, I hold the website design seat, so I am the only person allowed to talk about website design services in the group. This group is not just amazing for referrals, but it also teaches you a lot about business and what things you should do to define your definition of success.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I love building brands that really dive deep within the person from the inside, out. Your brand is an extension of who you are as a person, so to really gain understanding and purpose, I have to understand what makes my client tick and strive for their success other than the superficial means. I am also highly creative, conceptual and meaningful, so all of my designs are custom and relative to the demographic that company is targeting. I thrive with connection and truly diving deep to understand my client and their vision.
