We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Flynn Von Roretz. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Flynn below.
Alright, Flynn thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
We named our company after our military service. Green represents what we call each other in the Marine Corps. Wolf represent being a protector. Our logo contributes to our Infantry background . The stars represent 3rd Platoon and the wolf and shield being a protectors.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We started our business with the intent to help other veterans and military members and their mission. What we do now is create an interest to standard and our product for hats patches, T-shirts, polos, and everything else you would see in military member that wears in uniform we have branded content, but most of what we make is our own custom apparel for the service members and law-enforcement as well. You will never know that we created so much Gear and Apparel for them because it’s all their designs and logos but it’s always a pleasure working with new military members, law-enforcement, and first responders in every aspect because then we have the opportunity to stay in our industry and contribute to it in a positive way we’re very proud in the work we do and take high standards and the things we do to make sure we get everything right when we make gear for our customers
Okay – so how did you figure out the manufacturing part? Did you have prior experience?
This was a challenging aspect for us, because we make almost all of our patches and House and can probably say that a lot of them American made. We do outsource some of them but not a lot and we also make a lot of our hats as well. We had zero experience and doing this before hand, so there was quite the learning curve. We missed a lot of stuff up mess a lot of words up and learn from those mistakes about ourselves. We all make mistakes. We all messed up, but this helped us pivot and get better what we do You have to fail before it can be great and we’ve been doing this for so long. We have built a long-term relationship with our customers and we have proven and many ways how great our product is and how great we take pride, and doing each order for each each customer
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Almost 90% of our customers are military members, active duty veterans you name it we make things for them all over the planet. If we do all right that means they’ll speak highly of us that means we actually care about our product and stand behind it so as long as we do right by each customer, that means that they’ll help us in anyway they can and Our business grow and mature by being a good person, and taking responsibility, and Action and order that we make
