Hi Flavia, thanks for joining us today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
Leaving behind a top leadership role in a multinational with over 140,000 employees — along with the comfort of stability, bonuses, and corporate status — demanded not only courage but a deep calling to follow purpose. I chose to dedicate my path to exploring and mastering advanced energy methodologies such as Genetic Radiesthesia, Energy Healing for people and spaces, and both Corporate and Family Constellations. Over the past nine years, this journey has evolved into a unique professional field — working with the energy of properties to restore balance, harmony, and prosperity. Today, I am proud to announce the creation of a certification that accredits residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties as energetically harmonized environments that promote health, vitality, and conscious living. This luxury certification seal assures that a space has been intentionally aligned to enhance wellbeing, performance, and the natural flow of abundance for all who inhabit it.

For those who may not know me yet, I’m Flavia Goldenberg, an Organizational Development Coach (PCC, ICF) who made a bold leap from the corporate world to the realm of human and systemic transformation. “I specialize in aligning the energy of people and places — creating harmony, wellbeing, and prosperity through a combination of advanced energetic methodologies. My expertise in Genetic Radiesthesia, with a specialization in Realty Healing, is complemented by deep training in the Radionic Systemic Table, Biogeometry, and Energy Harmonization for homes, businesses, and land. This integrative approach allows me to identify and realign subtle energetic imbalances that may affect vitality, relationships, and performance — transforming environments into restorative and thriving spaces.
My academic background bridges structure and consciousness, combining an MBA in Sustainability Management with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Marketing Services, and Pedagogy, alongside advanced studies in Exponential Thinking at Singularity University. Over the past decade, I’ve also deepened my practice in Systemic Coaching, Organizational Development, and Corporate and Family Constellations — merging scientific rigor with energetic awareness to guide conscious transformation.
What makes my work unique is this multidimensional perspective — connecting leadership development, systemic intelligence, and energetic consultancy.
