We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Finitex Cecilia. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Finitex below.
Finitex, appreciate you joining us today. Looking back on your career, have you ever worked with a great leader or boss? We’d love to hear about the experience and what you think made them such a great leader.
As the Marketing Manager at Titans Medicare, Inc., I’ve had the unique privilege of growing alongside a company that produces some of the most trusted disposable gloves in the industry — particularly high-quality nitrile gloves under our flagship brand, FINITEX.
But if you ask me what has had the greatest impact on my career, I won’t point to a campaign, a strategy, or even a milestone. I’ll point to a person: our founder and CEO, Mr. Lu.
Since joining the company not long after its founding in 2017, I’ve witnessed firsthand how Mr. Lu leads — not from a distance, but from within. He is what I call a “multi-dimensional professional.” Even when we entered entirely new markets or faced unfamiliar challenges, he didn’t simply delegate. He jumped in to learn alongside us, sometimes even faster and more passionately than the rest of us.
I still remember launching FINITEX on major e-commerce platforms. The pressure was high, the deadlines tighter than ever. But rather than demand results, Mr. Lu invited collaboration. He asked questions, brainstormed ideas with us, and encouraged every team member — regardless of title — to speak up. Meetings with him never felt tense or hierarchical. There was always an open, empowering atmosphere where ideas could thrive.
His curiosity was contagious. Watching him dive deep into new technologies, packaging trends, or customer behavior inspired me to do the same. That mindset — to stay curious and continuously explore — has stayed with me ever since. Even today, as he leads a company of over a thousand employees, Mr. Lu still takes time to personally teach us product knowledge and professional skills. His humility and hands-on attitude are a constant reminder that leadership isn’t about how high you stand, but how far you’re willing to go with your team.
Over the years, I’ve grown from a marketing supervisor to marketing manager. Our business has expanded globally, and FINITEX has become a trusted name not only in medical and food industries, but also among professionals like tattoo artists who rely on nitrile gloves for tattoo artists. Yet as we grow, our sense of unity has only deepened — largely because of the values Mr. Lu instills in all of us: curiosity, collaboration, and compassion.
What makes him truly remarkable is his ability to make every team member feel seen, heard, and empowered. You’re not just following a boss — you’re walking beside someone who believes in your potential and helps you unlock it.
At Titans Medicare, we don’t just manufacture gloves. We build a culture where people matter, ideas are valued, and leadership is earned through action. And for that, I will always be grateful.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Cecilia, and I’m currently the Marketing Manager at Titans Medicare, Inc., the proud parent company of FINITEX — a trusted brand of high-quality nitrile gloves serving medical, industrial, food, beauty, and household sectors.
How it all began
Back in 2017, I attended a medical and industrial trade show where I first discovered Titans Medicare. I still remember the scene vividly: their booth was crowded with people, and their products — especially the nitrile gloves — were being snapped up faster than staff could restock. There was an incredible buzz around them, and I couldn’t help but wonder: why was everyone so eager to buy something as simple as gloves?
At that time, disposable gloves weren’t something I paid much attention to in daily life. Neither did many of my friends. But as I took a closer look, I realized how many little inconveniences we dealt with — cleaning with bare hands, handling food without protection, DIY projects that left stains or irritation — all of which could be solved with a simple, high-quality glove.
I bought a few boxes and shared them with friends. Soon, everyone around me started using them regularly, and they all said the same thing: “How did we ever live without these?” The convenience, the hygiene, the peace of mind — it genuinely improved our daily routines and happiness.
That moment sparked something in me. I realized these gloves weren’t just a product — they were a solution, a habit-changer, and even a lifestyle upgrade. That’s when I knew I wanted to be part of this company. Soon after, I joined Titans Medicare.
What I do now
Today, I lead the marketing efforts for FINITEX, helping connect our premium disposable nitrile gloves with professionals and families alike. Whether it’s nitrile gloves for tattoo artists, nurses, home cooks, or parents, we tailor our messaging and solutions to make their work cleaner, safer, and more efficient.
We don’t just offer gloves — we offer comfort, reliability, and peace of mind. I work closely with our product and customer service teams to make sure our customers not only get the right products, but feel supported through every step.
What makes us — and me — different
What sets us apart is our dedication to real-life usability. Because I started as a customer, I never forget that at the other end of every campaign or product box is a real person looking for something that works. We don’t push products. We share solutions.
Over the years, I’ve helped build our presence across e-commerce platforms and international markets, but I’ve never lost that sense of personal connection to our products. I take pride in promoting something I genuinely believe in — and something that’s made my own life better.
What I want you to know
At Titans Medicare, we believe gloves are more than a barrier. They’re a promise of protection, cleanliness, and care. And I’m proud to be a part of a team that never stops innovating, listening, and improving.
If you’re looking for disposable gloves that combine quality, comfort, and versatility — for work or for home — I’d love for you to try FINITEX. Because like me, once you do, you may never go back.

If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
Absolutely — I would choose this path again in a heartbeat.
When I first entered the medical supplies industry, it was unexpected. I wasn’t originally looking for a career in disposable glove manufacturing, but a moment of inspiration at a trade show changed everything. Seeing how something as simple as a pair of high-quality nitrile gloves could bring real improvement to people’s lives made me realize this was a product with purpose — and I wanted to be part of it.
Over the years, working at Titans Medicare and helping build the FINITEX brand has taught me more than I ever expected — not just about marketing, but about trust, quality, and responsibility. I’ve grown from a marketing supervisor into a manager, and more importantly, I’ve grown into someone who understands the impact a product can have when it’s made with care.
This job allows me to be creative, strategic, and customer-focused — all at once. It’s deeply satisfying to know that what we promote isn’t just a commodity, but a daily essential for healthcare workers, tattoo artists, chefs, parents, and so many others.
If I could go back, I wouldn’t change a thing. In fact, I’d tell my younger self: “You’re about to do something meaningful — lean into it.”

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned over the years is that people don’t just work for a company — they work for a shared purpose and for leaders who see them.
At Titans Medicare, we’re not just selling gloves — we’re providing protection, reliability, and peace of mind. When your team truly believes in what you’re offering, it becomes easier to inspire motivation. But beyond belief in the product, I think morale comes down to three key principles:
Create a culture of respect and openness.
I make it a priority to listen — not just during meetings, but in everyday conversations. People need to feel heard, especially when they’re offering new ideas or expressing challenges. We’ve built a work environment where every team member feels comfortable contributing, regardless of title.
Celebrate small wins.
Whether it’s a successful campaign launch, a glowing customer review, or simply a team member going the extra mile — I always try to recognize and appreciate it. Positive reinforcement goes a long way in building confidence and momentum.
Lead by example.
I’ve been lucky to work under a CEO who still personally trains staff and joins strategy meetings with genuine curiosity and energy. That spirit is contagious. I strive to do the same by staying hands-on, continuously learning, and showing the same passion for our products today as I did on day one.
In short: be real, stay engaged, and never underestimate the power of appreciation. A motivated team isn’t built overnight — it’s built every day through consistency, empathy, and shared wins.
