Filipe, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
To me, success isn’t just about reaching a certain status or achieving material goals—it’s about finding fulfillment in what you do and how you grow along the way. It starts with having a **clear sense of purpose**. When you’re connected to what truly matters to you, it fuels everything. For me, that means being passionate about what I’m working toward. Passion is like the fire that keeps you going, especially when things get tough.
But passion alone isn’t enough—you need a lot of persistence. There will always be obstacles, failures, and moments of doubt. I’ve learned that resilience, the ability to pick yourself up when things don’t go as planned, is one of the most important qualities to develop. Success doesn’t come in a straight line, and you need to be ready to adapt and change course when necessary.
Continuous learning is another piece of the puzzle. I’ve found that staying curious and open to new ideas, even when I feel like I’ve mastered something, keeps me growing. The world moves fast, and being adaptable and willing to learn new skills is crucial.
Of course, none of this is possible without discipline and hard work. It’s easy to stay motivated when things are going well, but the real test is sticking to your habits and routines when the excitement wears off. Success is built on consistency—doing the small, sometimes tedious things day in and day out, even when you don’t feel like it.
Finally, surrounding yourself with the right people can make all the difference. No one achieves success in isolation. I’ve learned the importance of building strong relationships, seeking advice, and sometimes relying on others for support. It’s about finding a circle of people who push you, challenge you, and celebrate your wins with you.
In the end, I believe success is a journey more than a destination. It’s about growth, resilience, and staying true to what drives you, no matter what challenges you face.

Being transparent, and always communicating and bring and environment that’s everyone feels happy and welcomed.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Social media, there is no escape from it. More than ever, you have to be present, and with constant contact with your customer. People wanna see good content, and among everyone out there, you gotta be different to stand out.
