Filesen, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
How can I create ideas? That’s a great question. I get in touch with my client as soon as I receive a request for the event. I want to highlight how much I like talking to people in-depth about who they are, what they want, what makes them happy, and the main purpose of this event. Because I want to be relatable, I also get a little personal. After they feel comfortable sharing this with me, I take their suggestions and further explore the color schemes and patterns that will work best for them.

Hello, I’m Filesen. I’m Bella to most people. I am the mother of two lovely girls. I love planning amazing intimate gatherings. My birthplace was Ethiopia. I moved here when I was 12 years old. Being an amazing person in every way is my life’s ambition. I enjoy helping others. The time I spend with my girls and my family is the most joyful part of my life. I am a very optimistic person and I truly aspire to be a light for other as many have been for me.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Everything I do is From my heart! I enjoy what I do. I take care of my clients and my team, also my vendors. I love my business because it is established to make other people’s lives happy and easy. Most of my events come from referrals because people not only love .my work when they meet me, they get a glimpse of how genuine i’m. I consistently overdeliver. I also think about the client.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Excellent work ethic and beautiful customer service. I treat everyone equally. I love getting to know my clients and what they like, how I can make their life easy, and curate a fabulous events for them. I enjoy learning about clients. It helps me feel comfortable delivering a fantastic event.
