Felicia, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Siesta Glow is a luxury mobile spray tan business located in Sarasota, FL that travels right to your doorstep! We prioritize the ingredients that we use in our formula by using only plant based botanicals.

We understand that health is important and we only want to delivery that through prioritizing and protecting our largest organ – the skin! Our solution has no harsh ingredients and reacts naturally with the amino acids in the top layer of your skin. This keeps things looking natural and as time goes on will break down more evenly!

All solutions are vegan, sulfate, paraben, and cruelty free. I’m passionate about bringing out the best in your skin with using only the best ingredients by helping you feel confident and radiant everyday!

Felicia, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I’m Felicia, i’m originally from Buffalo, NY ( Go Bills)! I went to school for Business and Fashion in New York City and originally owned an online boutique located in Jacksonville, Fl. That’s where I met Virgina, the owner of Botanical Glow! Being a millennial we all know that being tan has always been important, luckily the tanning industry has improved tremendously and we don’t have to worry about turning orange and streaky! I collabed with Virgina and some other local small business owners to do a women’s event and naturally I had to see what Botanical Glow was all about! I fell in love with the color, the smell and most importantly the ingredients. I was moving to Siesta Key and decided that I wanted my career to be focused on making women feel and look their best! I want everyone that leaves me feeling glowy and radiant!

Siesta Glow was born in June 2021, not knowing many people in the area and starting a business was scary. I had to get out of my comfort zone to network and connect with other business owners. I reached out to some of the cast of Siesta Key MTV and that’s when my business really started to kick off.

Siesta Glow is a luxury mobile spray tan company that uses Beettan products, which is terroritally so no other tanning artist can use my solution in the area. We use a plant-based sunless tanning solution powered by beets. The sugar from the beet extract reacts with your skin to bring out the color your skin would naturally tan in the sun. Combined with other enriching natural ingredients, our DHA beet extract infuses the top 10-12 layers of your skin and activates your natural color. The result is a bronzed, healthy glow without the harmful side effects from the sun!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Just being myself and being honest with my clients. I have made so many friendships from my business and honestly I have been blessed with people that want to see me be successful. The amount of Referrals that I get weekly from my clients is truly been mind blowing. If it wasn’t for my clients and their generosity of referring me my business wouldn’t be what it is today!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I believe that Siesta Glow has the reputation is does by the high quality products, they truly speak for itself.
