Alright, Faysal thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you share a customer success story with us?
I had a client come in to see me for knee pain. After being prescribed years of Ibuprofen, Cortisone shots, Physical Therapy, the pain knee pain had not been getting better, but became worse over time.
After assessing this client, I discovered that the knee pain was coming from the opposite shoulder. You maybe thinking how is this possible? When one part of the body is rotated or twisted, it can cause significant strain on the opposite side. In this instance, the left shoulder being pulled forward was straining the right knee.
The reason this client had not been improving and suffered from pain, is because everyone focused on the problem area or the part that, “hurts.” When we zoom out of a problem area, often we find that the root cause of pain, isn’t the location of the pain.
In short, when you’re in pain, zoom out! You can also contact me of course, but remember the body is a system and all parts need to work in harmony.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
After suffering a debilitating back injury and brain injury from a car accident, I became intimately familiar with the traditional or, “expert” approach to chronic pain and injury: pharmaceutical drugs, physical therapy, and finally surgery.
When that formula failed to provide any relief, I began to study the human body’s design, function, pain and the mind-body connection. After several certifications including Advanced Yoga Training, Massage Therapy, Posture Therapy, Exercise Therapy, I pieced together a powerful approach to helping people with chronic pain or those simply looking to optimize their body by increasing their strength and flexibility.
With my roots in martial arts, yoga, extreme fitness and sports, I understand the demands of an active body. I specialize in correcting people’s posture, eliminating compensation, addressing chronic pain, and improving flexibility and strength through training.
I’m full time Body Worker, Posture Alignment Specialist, Yoga teacher & Yoga Teacher Trainer based Redwood City, CA (San Francisco Bay Area). I work with clients over zoom and in person to create a specialized movement menu to correct dysfunction and bring the body back to balance, alignment and help clients live pain-free.
In addition to helping clients out of chronic pain one-on-one, I teach group Stretch, Flexibility and Mobility Classes, three times a week at PeaceBank Yoga Studio. All classes are live-streamed, so anyone can join from anywhere in the world. Several times a year I hold a Posture Clinic where students get an immersive experience in anatomy and how to correct their own posture and eliminate dysfunction in the body.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The greatest source of new clients has been other clients. I believe when people are seen and heard, the process of healing begins. When clients get better from the work we do together, they are excited to tell their friends and family about it. No one wants to be in pain. When people realize there is an alternative approach to addressing physical and chronic pain in the body, they get excited and want to start working together immediately.
How did you build your audience on social media?
There is no shortcut to building an online following. It can take years of hard work, strategy and constantly refining your brand. It’s important to be able to pivot, change your branding, your message or your delivery. The most important thing is holding true to yourself, what you stand for, what you’d like to be known for.
It was important for me to build something that I believed in and felt a passion for. I didn’t chase followers or money, I focused more on the content and being true to myself, what I wanted to be known for and disrupting the norm when it came to changing the body/mind, addressing pain and healing.
