We recently connected with Fatima Nasir Bachkami and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Fatima thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My mission is to cultivate meaningful and transformative connections among women. Driven by ambition and curiosity, I emigrated from Uzbekistan two decades ago to pursue psychology at UCLA. Upon arriving in the U.S., the stark cultural differences were apparent. In Uzbekistan, I was nurtured in a tight-knit community of supportive women resembling family. The transition west left me feeling isolated, prompting me to apply my psychology background to establish a community that would uplift women—the birth of Women’s Navigator Academy. Recognizing evolving needs, I began hosting seminars, collaborating with experts worldwide. Today, the academy has served over 5000 women all over the world, addressing topics from psychology and spirituality to sexuality and feminine energy. Through this journey, I’ve realized the vital role of women uplifting each other for optimal self-esteem and personal growth.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My passion for uplifting and educating women led to the establishment of the Women’s Navigator Academy. Initially, I focused on building a supportive community, and eventually expanded to offer seminars covering diverse topics. My goal is to address the evolving needs of women and provide a platform for shared knowledge and collaboration with experts worldwide.
What sets my business apart is my commitment to empowering women to be their best selves. The academy emphasizes the importance of mutual support for optimal self-esteem and personal growth. I take pride in the positive impact I’ve made and the community that I have built.
Responding to feedback from my community, I’ve created Sex Education USA to respond to the need for women’s sexual education. In this endeavor, I focus on recognizing and channeling my clients’ sexuality and feminine energy. Specifically, I’ve met women who struggle to connect with themselves sexually and create relationships with men. I coach women to have the confidence and skills to build healthy and happy relationships in any sphere.
For potential clients and followers, I want them to know that Women’s Navigator Academy is more than a service—it’s a movement. I believe in the strength of women uplifting each other and am dedicated to providing resources and support for their holistic well-being. My commitment to fostering connections and facilitating growth is at the core of everything I do.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Resilience: In the early days of establishing Women’s Navigator Academy, I faced the challenge of adapting to a new country, working toward my education and struggling to turn my passion for educating women into a business.
In those moments, the resilience within me was ignited. Determined to create a supportive community , I studied with many women’s education coaches around the world and embarked on the challenging yet rewarding journey of building the academy from the ground up. The initial hurdles, the unfamiliarity of the terrain, and the loneliness were all met with unwavering determination.
Despite facing adversity, I persisted in my mission to foster meaningful connections among women. This resilience not only allowed me to overcome the initial challenges but also laid the foundation for a community that has since impacted the lives of thousands of women.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
I’m very proud to say that I haven’t spent a dime on marketing! Hosting seminars and collaborating with experts globally has expanded my reach and provided valuable insights. I Leverage digital platforms, such as instagram and Facebook for outreach and community engagement, but the most valuable source of new clients has been word of mouth. My work has helped women find a place to belong. I have helped them form stronger relationships with themselves, and in turn with others. I have supported them through dating, marriage, motherhood and beyond. My ladies have such astonishing results that they love to share my wisdom with their network. My biggest compliment is when a client refers me to a friend and I love seeing new faces looking for connection in my seminars!
