To get Amarafit off the ground, I had to rely on my personal funds and a determined mindset.
Having a passion for fitness and a personal connection to the struggles of finding the right workout attire, I was determined to create a solution that would empower women to feel confident while pursuing their fitness goals. With this purpose in mind, I decided to invest my own savings into the business.
I knew that the journey would be tough, but I believed in the mission of Amarafit and was willing to take the risk. I carefully allocated the funds to cover essential expenses like product development, initial inventory, branding, and setting up a basic online presence.
In the early days, every decision was measured, and every expenditure was considered thoughtfully. This experience taught me the value of resourcefulness and efficient financial management. I wore multiple hats – from founder to accountant to marketer – and each role taught me something new about running a business on a limited budget.
As Amarafit gained traction and began resonating with our target audience, we were able to reinvest the revenue back into the business for growth. This gradual approach allowed us to scale while maintaining financial stability.
