Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Fashoda Mccleskey . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Fashoda, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Any thoughts about whether to ask friends and family to support your business. What’s okay in your view?
Sometimes friends and family don’t always support you in your vision for making a difference in other people’s lives. They need to see your determination before they will get onbiard and support you, but that’s just the way it is for some.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I believe that all people deserve to know about financial principles that help them save money and grow their investments to reach their financial goals. I am a two time cancer survivor and I’ve beaten COVID multiple times so I know what happens to finances when you are dependent on family & friends to survive. I have developed my business to help inform & empower my clients to improve their lives and I have recruited partners to help me spread the good word. I am a model, beautiful inside and out and my spirit connects with others to ensure we live our best lives every day. When you see my smile you will know that only good things will come from your conversation with me!
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Being honest with my clients right from the start and transparent about the way I work and what resources we have access to in helping them build wealth is critical. My clients receive my best effort and authenticity is evident in every interaction. We all want to have quality experiences when we deal with our finances and I ensure that my team delivers in excellence with each client. We listen and respond to make sure we are doing all we can to meet your needs.
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
As I mentioned earlier, the battles I faced with my cancer diagnoses nearly knocked me out but I discovered a strength I didn’t know I possessed. I have been blessed by my heavenly father with an unwavering faith in His plan for my life and I have a drive to bless others in this work. Not only will my business change lives for the better, I have also launched a non profit organization to help assist others who have survived the same battles with cancer. I will stand with them, advocate for their health and provide resources to help them live an empowered life. Together we win!
