We were lucky to catch up with Farrell Click recently and have shared our conversation below.

Farrell, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the best or worst investment you’ve made?

My first multi-family in Historic Downtown Savannah, GA completely changed life as we knew it. This home is not only the reason Savannah Stays was born, but also my first experience with passive income. I had a career in corporate operations at the time and this was a welcome outlet for creativity and designing something that was our very own. This was the building block that led to our portfolio of beautiful, historic properties in downtown Savannah. Each property is a unique, irreplaceable piece with the youngest home being 167 years old.

This property helped us masterfully combine historic home renovation, creative interior all while giving us an appetite for more Savannah homes. I owe a huge thanks to my husband, family and friends who made all of my wild dreams come true. Cheers to taking risks, going after your passions and sacrificing instant gratification for a long term dream.

My name is Farrell Click and I am the founder of @Savannah Stays. As a Savannah local, I am passionate about old homes, design, and ALL things real estate.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I take what I do very seriously. Whether you reach out to sell your home, find a place in Savannah or just want some market advice, you are working directly with me. I truly believe each home is unique love creating a home of a kind experience for my clients.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

I love making my mark on Savannah and beyond as a real estate advisor and old home collector. Savannah Stays is closing in on over 40,000 sf in Historic Downtown Savannah – I love wearing multiple hats as real estate agent for seller and buyers, home designer and rental manager while keeping our overhead low.

You don’t have to hire a bunch of people and spend a ton of money to invest in Savannah or run a successful business. I enjoy thinking out of the box and changing the mindset on traditional real estate expectations.
