We were lucky to catch up with Farra Worrelll recently and have shared our conversation below.
Farra, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Going back to the beginning – how did you come up with the idea in the first place?
The idea for The Art of Grace podcast was truly born out of my own journey — a path from Adversity to Grace. As a woman who has navigated both ministry and the marketplace, I’ve witnessed how these two worlds often intersect in powerful and unexpected ways. Throughout my journey, some of my greatest mentors and supporters have been women who understood the challenges, the sacrifices, and the triumphs that come with pursuing both faith and professional purpose.
Coming from a background where I didn’t have the presence of my own mother due to her struggles with addiction, I’ve always carried a deep desire to be the kind of voice, advocate, and mentor I wish I’d had. The Art of Grace Podcast is my way of celebrating women who show up with courage, faith, and resilience — women who lead, nurture, build, and inspire. Through this platform, I aim to highlight their stories, create community, and remind others that grace can transform even our hardest seasons into something beautiful.

Farra, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Farra Worrell, and I am the founder and host of the Art of Grace podcast. The vision for Art of Grace was birthed from my work with Women of Grace Ministries, a monthly in-person gathering I began to support women through spiritual encouragement and personal growth. These meetings created a trusted, inspiring, and inclusive space where women from all walks of life could come together to share, uplift one another, and grow in faith.
As I continued to evolve in both ministry and my professional journey, I recognized that women in the marketplace needed the same kind of faith-based support and connection. I wanted to create something that reached beyond the walls of a meeting room and into the everyday lives of women balancing career, calling, and personal purpose. That’s when I realized a podcast was the perfect platform. Art of Grace allows me to celebrate, amplify, and inspire women who are navigating both ministry and the marketplace — bringing their stories, voices, and experiences to a broader audience.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Yes, there is a clear mission driving my creative journey with the Art of Grace Podcast, and it is rooted in the simple yet powerful mantra: “No Woman Left Behind.” This mission speaks to my heart’s desire to reach women who may feel isolated, overlooked, or forgotten — whether they are sitting in a room with me or listening from miles away. Through honest conversations, shared stories, and authentic voices — both my own and those of my guests — I aim to create a space where women feel seen, heard, and valued. My hope is that every listener walks away knowing they are not alone. We are sharing life together, and there is always a seat for them at the table of Grace.

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
Absolutely. In the early stages of launching the Art of Grace Podcast, I wish I had a clearer understanding of the full scope of resources available, particularly regarding the costs associated with equipment, production, and the technical side of podcasting. Navigating the world of microphones, editing software, and distribution platforms was a learning curve I hadn’t fully anticipated. Additionally, understanding the strategy behind growing and engaging a social media following would have been invaluable from the start.
While I am deeply passionate about this work and have personally invested in its growth, I’ve been incredibly grateful for those who have supported the podcast financially and prayerfully because they’ve been blessed by the content. This journey has taught me the importance of patience, grace, and consistency — knowing that impact often grows quietly before it grows visibly. Each listener, each connection reminds me that I am making a difference, even when progress feels slow.
