We were lucky to catch up with Fallon Lawson recently and have shared our conversation below.
Fallon , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success in real estate—and really, in any business—is about relationships, consistency, and staying genuinely committed to service. In my experience working in Houston and the surrounding areas, as well as collaborating with trusted realtors across the U.S. and internationally, I’ve learned that people don’t just hire you for what you do—they hire you for how you show up. That means being reliable, resourceful, and always a step ahead in anticipating their needs.
I remember one particular client who was relocating from another state. They were nervous, overwhelmed, and had limited time on the ground in Houston. Because I’d built strong relationships with local lenders and inspectors, I was able to streamline their entire transition. We toured homes virtually, lined up everything in advance, and by the time they landed, we were ready to close. That deal wasn’t just about buying a house—it was about creating trust and delivering peace of mind.
To me, success comes when clients feel heard, and when other agents—whether local or out of state—know they can count on you to follow through with professionalism and care. The real estate world is big, but relationships make it feel small. That’s where the magic happens.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I got into real estate over a decade ago, originally to list my own renovation and flip projects. That quickly evolved into helping friends, family, and their referrals, and over time it became a full-fledged business.
In 2023, I began focusing more on the global real estate niche, aiming to create opportunities for inbound and outbound clients.
I’m passionate about networking, problem-solving, and building trust-based relationships. Clients appreciate my persistence, organization, empathy, and integrity. I truly work hard to deliver results and value long-term connections in everything I do.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I believe my reputation has been built on a foundation of trust, follow-through, and an unwavering commitment to my clients—whether they’re buying their first home, relocating across the globe, or expanding an investment portfolio. In Houston’s fast-moving and diverse market, it’s not enough to just know real estate—you have to understand people, their concerns, timelines, and unique goals.
One thing that’s consistently set me apart is my responsiveness. People know when they reach out to me, I’ll be there. I don’t just show up during the transaction—I stay plugged in before, during, and long after the closing. That level of care builds referrals, repeat clients, and trust in the community.
Another key part of my reputation has come from staying well-connected. By aligning myself with other top-performing agents throughout the U.S. and internationally, I’ve been able to serve my clients at a higher level—whether they’re moving to Houston or moving from Houston. That network isn’t just professional—it’s personal. When you have trusted contacts who mirror your work ethic and standards, your value multiplies.
Consistency, care, and connection—that’s what’s built my name in this market.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
For me, staying connected with clients is about showing up beyond the transaction. I don’t believe in one-and-done relationships—my clients become part of my extended real estate family. I love finding creative and meaningful ways to stay in touch and make them feel appreciated year-round.
One of my favorite traditions is delivering personalized birthday boxes or sending handwritten cards with little goodies inside—it’s a small gesture that always brings a big smile. I also love celebrating milestones, whether it’s their wedding anniversary, the anniversary of buying their home, or welcoming a new baby into the family. These life moments matter, and I feel honored to be a part of them.
Around the holidays, I’ll often drop by with pies for Thanksgiving or do festive door drops with treats just to say, “I’m thinking of you.” It’s those unexpected touches—those moments of real connection—that help foster lasting loyalty and trust.
It’s not just about branding—it’s about building genuine relationships. When clients know you care about them as people, not just as transactions, that loyalty naturally follows.
