Alright, Falli thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s the best advice you ever gave to a client? How did they benefit / what was the result?
The best advice is one that’s consistent….take actionable steps towards ownership. The first step to aiding a successful long term financial future is simple: start. Often times individuals wait until it’s “too late” to begin establishing additional lucrative income sources. Establish passive income streams while actively playing or entertaining so once it’s time to move on, financially comfortability is sustained.
Ownership is the way in. Brain Tease: Name one billionaire who has not utilized real estate to aid in their long term
financial success. Point in case, the key is to own at least one form of profitable, investment real estate. Then leverage it to either (1) generate life long passive income or (2) short term gains. But OWN.
Contrarily, renting isn’t (always) a “dirty word” as there are appropriate times for renting (i.e., when with a team for a short time span) and appropriate times for owning (i.e., with a team for an extended timeframe and/or financial bandwidth allows ownership despite time span with a team). The beauty of owning allows clients to obtain tax benefits (who doesn’t love those?!) + yield passive income (monthly) even after having moved on to a new team or new city. Real estate is simply one way….there are many ways to allow your money to work for you, choose one and start. Your future self will thank you ✨

I’m Falli, a luxury realtor in the Atlanta market with a niche service of assisting high profile clientele and their family members with purchases, sells, leases, and investments. Outside of expertise, years of direct experience working with such caliber of clientele (years in brand marketing sponsorships), and having a keen eye for detail, what sets me a part are my infectious personality, reliability, and dedication to providing top notch service to all clientele.
