Fakhriddeen “Sam” , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start big picture – what are some of biggest trends you are seeing in your industry?

The Biggest Trends Now In The Hair game would include those big baby hairs lol. I mean I love them when done correct but they’re huge and sometime over exaggerated but I think that’s the point. I believe honestly a celebrity hairstylist named chassidy create these soft baby hairs on summer walker in about 2019-2021 and afte that they just immediately Started doing these baby hairs that’s not even baby hairs the same exact way. However I believe it has given more diversity and more creative aspects in the hair world. After all hair is art so why not make it look different to attract and appeal to a totally different crowd. And look bows it’s a huge trend .

My Name Is Fakhriddeen, but Everyone calls me Sam. I got in to the hair industry honestly by accident, I was in school to be a fashion designer but in the midst I needed extra funds and I was always good with hair so I started to do hair for all the school girls. One thing lead to another and here we are 8 years later excelling in the hair industry. I do all type of hairstyle, I literally can do any and everything however I specialize in any Weave extensions. That may include a traditional sewin or a lace sewin, I even make and customize my own wigs for my clients supplying hair and all needs to be glamorized. I have worked with alot of people , from Asian doll , To Chinese Kitty, BlackinkSkyy, Patientce Foster, Kakey Kakez, LeeMazin, GIOVANNIE and so many more . I want people to know me for being genuine and just wanting to see everyone win, I’m vey grateful for everything I have and I want other to see that if you work hard and you just go after whatever you want you can have whatever you want

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

Lessons are learned everyday but I have This mantra that I use for lessons .

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

Funding my business isn’t easy. And that is one thing they never tell you about being an entrepreneur. Although you can get paid from clients or offer ways to not have to come out of pocket in some way or fashion that’s inevitable. Especially when you want your business to run smoothly. My advice would be just stay in your means never try to keep up or even match what you think others is doing. I learned god will be right on time with whatever blessing that is meant exactly for you.
