Faith, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

I am a mother of three, so I’m always looking for a diy! I am a true creative at heart, I can spend hours looking up trends. Researching what is in demand but is hardly being provided/supplied. Whenever there is a celebration in my family, I am always the go to for planning and decor! My goal is to bring joy to someone’s special day by adding my creative, yet personal touches. Customizing labels and wrappers for all events, providing balloon decor is just an all around pleasure. Completing an order and seeing the excitement and surprise due to the great detail I put into my craft is priceless!

As a business owner, I realized that every business has its days. You can go fully booked for months, then the next you only have 3 orders. There are always peak periods, the key to success is to push even harder when you’re not in that period. Not to be discouraged, even franchise restaurants experience slow periods.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I always tell people, the greatest marketing strategy is word of mouth! Advertise, advertise, advertise. Post your work, get your friends and family to share it. Constantly post and share, run specials. Just stay relevant
