“I had several major life changes that made such an impact on how I was dressing and viewing myself. Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I am a personal stylist and my main mission is to encourage women through style, so they feel empowered to step outside their comfort zones and motivated to accomplish their dreams. My eye for style equips women with a wardrobe that offers more than just everyday outfits. I eliminate the stress of shopping in a store, or not knowing what to wear, and give each woman a personalized, luxurious experience tailored to her style and her body type.

I am from a little town in Georgia called Ellijay and since I was a child I’ve had a passion for clothing and design. This passion led me to Washington, D.C. after high school graduation to attend the School of Style, where I received my Personal Stylist Certification in 2020. I mainly went to learn fashion styling, but instead of working in the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, I chose to work with everyday women because I want them to experience the same joy and confidence I do when wearing clothes that fit and show off their personal style.

Because I work with busy business women and offer luxury services, my clients are able to reach me by text, call, or social media throughout the day. Being able to provide quick, hands-on customer service consistently is very important to building brand loyalty. I am the face of my brand and women know what they are getting up front with me.

A lot of my clients have become my friends, and I’ve realized that we all have things in common and can benefit from what the others are doing. I host several style and networking events throughout the year, just so everyone can enjoy a “Ladies Night Out” and learn from other business women. Staying true to who you are and your business, as well as treating your customers the way you want to be treated will help create trust in building your brand.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source of new clients for me is referrals. I always post before and after photos and have my clients share them, asking for a review of their experience working with me. Referrals are great because you have a connection to your new client and the trust has already been built. I always advertise on social media, but I am also a walking advertisement based on the type of business I am in, so connecting with women and talking to them in person has been a great source.
