Arriving in the United States two years ago was the realization of a dream I had carried since my childhood.
It was a risky bet, because I came alone, but I was dear like my dad teach me in this life to seize every opportunity to grow my passion for pastry.
This path led me to an incredible encounter: a great personality recognized my talent as a pastry chef and believed in my potential.
Thanks to this recognition, I was introduced to his future entrepreneurial project, where I have the chance to work as a French pastry chef.
It’s an incredible adventure that’s just beginning, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I discovered my passion for pastry as a child, thanks to my mother who introduced me to this world. Over time, I developed my own creative style and earned my diploma, allowing me to work and be recognized as a pastry chef in France.
I worked as a pastry chef in Marseille, in the south of France and I opened my own pastry shop in Paris.
My journey also led me to collaborate with several renowned personalities in France, which gave me the confidence and experience to pursue my dream in the United States, where I’ve been recognized as a pastry chef
Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
I was introduced to this great American Celebrity and A very big name in the profession through a mutual and amazing connection. After a conversation with this person, he took the risk of reaching out to me, and what followed was the development of a deep professional trust between us. What seems impossible and improbable to me is the incredible opportunity I now have to be part of his team

How did you build your audience on social media?
My approach to social media is both professional and artistic. I follow my instincts and create based on what I feel, with my creativity being inspired daily and by the people I meet. Over time, my social media presence has evolved as my skills have grown. I’m deeply loyal to my followers, engaging with them regularly and being highly responsive. I believe this has helped me build a strong sense of loyalty and an incredible amount of support from my audience
