We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Ezekiel Huerta a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Ezekiel , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?

I handle my own social media and have been doing so for the last 10 years. It’s a very hard job especially answering everyone’s messages and trying to grow the pages even more.

Ezekiel , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

EZ Wireless. We sell phones at a fraction of the retail price with warranty and all fully unlocked for any carrier.
We also repair phones, tablets, apple watches, laptops , PCs etc.
We have a wide variety of accessories such as chargers, cases, screen protectors, AirPods, watches etc.
We unlock and activate as well. We are a independent owned business that has been here since 2012 and has been fighting to grow since the start We strive for the best customer service and the best prices.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I think i would have to say is learning to not work like i used to before i owned my own business. I take no days off and work way harder now that it’s my own.
I love it!

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

We pivot a lot. We always try to ahead of the cellphone game and we do things differently.
For example we have giveaways and sales randomly.
