We were lucky to catch up with Eyvaine Walker recently and have shared our conversation below.
Eyvaine, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
After writing a book to be published, I contacted various traditional publishing companies for my book to be published and my book was rejected and/or I was quoted an enormous amount of money to publish my book and the control they would have over my work was not pleasing to me. I then felt discouraged, and that’s when the idea came to me to start a self-publishing company to publish my own books and to offer help to other inspiring authors to fulfills their dreams on becoming writers and authors.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Twins Publishing Services have a program for prisoners that Prints on Demand (POD) by having a manuscript in a properly formatted ready to print digital file that saves the client zero expenses. This program allows the publishing company to print manuscript with no charge to the client and Twins Publishing retrieves a higher percentage on every purchase. Our Print Production Program (PPP) allows prisoners zero out of pocket expenses. Another program allows a family member or friend to be the administrator on a manuscript and deal directly with Twins Publishing for printing production services. This service allows said person to control marketing, reorders etc. This prisoner program has been most effective for growing clientele.
