Executive , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about how you got your first non-friend, non-family client. Paint the picture for us so we can feel the same excitement you felt on that day.
The First Client for any organization certainly is a memorable one. Given the relatively short time that Executive Alliance Records has been in business, we are happy to share the story of how we came about and won over our first client.
The 2020 covid pandemic was certainly a frightful year in the world’s history. In a time ravaged with illness, uncertainly, and disbelief only a select few decided to use the newly found time off to focus on launching careers/products that would insure a sustainable future.
For us that was music. In the early years of the pandemic we began working with/immersing ourselves with many artists in the music community. We were invited to studios to watch them work and really gain an impactful understanding of the interworking of the Music Industry.
Shortly there after we began to follow a new artist named Young Hansomme. He was just getting started in his career and was beginning to tap into his creativity for song writing.
His goal was to film a music video. So we got to work. The first thing we needed was a beat to work with. We began by helping him to analyze different beats from a variety of music producers and beat makers. Once we found our winner we let YH take on the creative process of writing out some lyrics for the beat.
Once he was ready, we were able to help him book a producer and record his verse. It was a phenomenal experience watching this artist grow and show off his unique abilities! Once we got the recording back and mastered we decided upon a release date and began to market the tracks anticipated drop date on social media platforms to boost its viewership numbers.
In the meantime, our team worked with YH to pitch the track to other artists whom would want to feature on it. This process allowed us to find other artists who was passionate enough in the project to collaborate on it! In no time we were able to get his verse recorded and complete a REMIX to accompany the track we already had!!
Only 3 months after its release we helped the artist find a videographer that was contracted to film the music video and edit out the clips to form us a finished product. The results were phenomenal and we were able to successfully release on the promise date!
Working with him made us realize that we could be successful in this industry. All we had to do was rinse & repeat the steps we took with him with other artists and thus Executive Alliance Records was born!

We are Executive Alliance Records! Our mission is to help new artists navigate their way through the music industry. We achieve this by helping them produce tracks, launch albums, record music videos and organize release dates for their projects!
The passion for our brand stems from an infinite love of music. We welcome artists from all sorts of genres given that each represents a spectrum of sound that can appeal to any mass audience. We understand the challenges it takes to get started in such a competitive industry and thus we focus on solely emerging talent.
Executive Alliance Records focuses on a strategic expansion of our existing business portfolio. the company identified an opportunity in the music industry to leverage their expertise in management, marketing, and talent development. By forming key partnerships with established artists, producers, and music executives, Executive Alliance Records built a robust network that facilitated their entry into the industry. They invested in emerging talents and innovative music projects, gradually gaining a reputation for quality and creativity. This strategic move allowed them to diversify their operations and capitalize on the growing demand for new and unique musical content.
Our goal is to address several common problems for artists, helping them navigate the complexities of the music industry. Some of the primary issues they solve include:

One of the biggest wins was with our first client Young Hansomme. Given that he was relatively new in this industry we really had to show our strengths in efforts to get him time with the very best producers and guide him into next steps.
In the end we released 4 tracks and 2 music videos in 1 year!

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
For us the most rewarding aspect of being an artist or creative is the joy we get in successfully helping someone achieve a goal they didn’t think was possible. Think of all the dreamers out there that never get their shot or fall short of a goal due to situational difficulties. We take pride in helping our clients who are microscopic in comparison to artists like Drake, The Foo Fighters, and Taylor Swift find their own path in the music industry with all the odds stacked against them.
We are delighted to see our artist self expression when submitting verses or nestled deep inside their writings. Our Impact on Others where we see how our creative approach resonates with and affects new artist.
We enjoy watchin an artist experience Creative Freedom: Having the freedom to explore and experiment with different ideas and mediums is a liberating experience. It allows for continuous growth and innovation.
Ultimately the most rewarding is watching our artists Personal Growth: The journey of developing and refining their craft while overcoming challenges /pushing creative boundaries can be highly satisfying.
