Adorning the wallpaper were images of majestic creatures – the Panther and the Peacock. In the Panther, we found a symbol of strength, power, and audacity. The Peacock, on the other hand, epitomized beauty, grace, and vivacity.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

Life has a way of throwing unexpected curves, and my journey is no exception. I’ll rewind to my early 20s when I was knee-deep in the world of construction management, navigating the intricacies of projects and timelines. Little did I know that a passion for cars and off-road racing, discovered in 2021, would steer me toward a life-altering pivot.

As the roar of engines led me to Las Vegas, fate had another surprise in store—a chance meeting with my partner. In the blink of an eye, I found myself not only smitten but contemplating a significant shift from the corporate corridors to a life where my newfound passion and love could coexist.

In a leap of faith, I bid farewell to the familiarity of construction management, driven by an unwavering belief that I could orchestrate a harmonious blend of my passions. It was during this transitional phase that a friend reached out, seeking assistance in growing their small business. Little did I know that this seemingly casual request would set in motion a chain of events that would redefine my trajectory.

As I delved into helping multiple clients grow their businesses, a lightbulb moment struck—I could do this for myself. With the encouragement of my supportive partner, I embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship. Drawing from over 15 years of project management expertise and a past life in modeling and beauty during my pre-teens and early 20s, the pieces of the puzzle began to naturally align.

The transition from construction management to the beauty and service industry may seem like a 180-degree turn, but it was a pivot fueled by passion, love, and a desire for authenticity. The amalgamation of my diverse experiences paved the way for Panther and Peacock, —an unexpected pivot that now defines the chapters of my unconventional journey.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

Not my business, partner, but the support and love that gave me the courage to start my own business, is Eli. I met Eli through Instagram at a pivotal moment in my life. Engaged in a project car build and having missed a race deadline, I stumbled upon Eli’s custom-built truck featured by BFGoodrich, which had participated in the very race I had missed. Impressed by his work, I reached out, sparking a casual conversation.

The unexpected turn came when, facing the challenge of finding a co-driver for the next event, I took a chance and asked him if he was interested in racing with me. Surprisingly, he agreed, setting the stage for our shared journey.

During the preparations for a practice weekend in Reno, NV, the vehicle broke down. I called Eli, and without hesitation, he embarked on a 17-hour, 1100-mile journey from Las Vegas to Washington to lend a helping hand. This moment marked the beginning of a deep friendship that eventually evolved into something more.

Months later, I made the decision to move to Las Vegas, to pursue racing, our connection grew. Two years down the road, Eli continues to be a pillar of support in my life and business endeavors. His encouragement, patience, and unwavering belief in my pursuits are invaluable, reinforcing the idea that meaningful connections can emerge from unexpected circumstances. In the narrative of Panther and Peacock, Eli’s role is pivotal, a testament to the strength that genuine connections bring to both personal and professional journeys.
