We were lucky to catch up with Evermore Fine Jewelry recently and have shared our conversation below.
Evermore Fine Jewelry, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
The idea for Evermore Fine Jewelry began when my husband proposed to me many years ago. He, like many men, went to a big box store, picked out a premade ring, spent a small fortune, and proposed. We were in love and so over the moon with excitement that nothing else mattered. We later learned, however, that he had paid far more than he should’ve for the value of the ring. We knew we weren’t the only ones, and that the process of engagement ring creation could be so much easier, honest and transparent. I set out to create a brand that makes made-to-order, custom-design jewelry affordable, accessible and personal.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I created Evermore Fine Jewelry years after getting married and having gone through the process of having my original ring remade. Back then, having a ring custom made not a straightforward process, and we weren’t able to visualize how the final product would look like until it was done.
After a few years of research, sourcing the best suppliers for raw materials and connecting with local goldsmiths, I was finally able to make the custom jewelry process widely accessible to everyone and without unnecessary markups. I personally oversee the entire sourcing and creation process for each client’s ring. I also make myself available to my clients directly for any of their questions they may have throughout the process.
At Evermore Fine Jewelry we source diamonds and other precious stones, either lab-grown or natural and can work with any metal chosen to create a custom made-for-a-lifetime engagement ring, or any unique personal jewelry piece. We work directly with our customers, one-on-one to make the process as enjoyable and easy as possible.
The best way to get started is to just reach out and send us an email! After initial contact, I usually communicate through text with my clients for the fastest response possible. We offer personal quotes for pricing without any obligation to purchase. Share your inspiration board with us or send pictures of jewelry you love to get started and get a clear quote (no surprises!) on how much your piece would cost and how long it would take to produce.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
While we are located in the Southbay of Southern California, we are an online-exclusive business. Without having a storefront, it was difficult initially to built up a clientele.
Today, we have serviced clients from all over North America, including Canadian actresses Lisa Berry and Jessica Sipos as well as influencers here in Los Angeles. But our biggest pride and joy has been in creating the dream ring or jewelry piece that your everyday person did not think they could have! I’d like to think that it’s our personal customer service experience that keeps bringing us new clients, as most of our clients are from word-of-mouth.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I feel like brand loyalty is something that has developed very organically to our small business. At the moment, I would say about 75% of our clients become repeat clients!
For my local clients that are within the Southbay (in Southern California), I do make an effort to meet with them whenever possible. I’ve actually been invited to the wedding of one of my clients and we are now close friends. Evermore Fine Jewelry has been their go to for celebrating each milestone in their married life- from anniversaries to celebrating the birth of their first child. Ive been so blessed to attend their celebrations and also to create custom-design jewelry pieces to commemorate each landmark moment.
